One page per Florida jurisdiction — because who owns the road decides which standards apply.

Prime directive: before quoting ANY standard, answer who owns this road? State road → FDM/TEM/Standard Plans. County/city road → Greenbook + that agency’s standards. Check FDOT’s RCI/GIS or the county property appraiser/GIS when unsure.

How this library works

  • One note per agency, all built to the same pattern — the collection checklist IS the note body; fill links as projects touch each agency; date everything.
  • Every agency page shares the same scaffold structure; the groupings below separate pages with real starting points from empty scaffolds, so you know at a glance what’s actually been compiled.
  • New jurisdiction anywhere in Florida: spawn a new agency note, set fdot-district, add to Statewide Expansion Index, spend 30 min on the Collect list before the kickoff call.
  • Contacts and reviewer-specific intelligence (individual names, “this reviewer always asks for…”-type notes, review-comment history) belong in the private vault only — never on the public site. Keep the published agency pages to official standards, links, and processes.
