What: the FDOT-sponsored Florida Transit Information System / Florida Transit Data Exchange — GTFS and GIS data for every Florida fixed-route transit agency (including HART and PSTA), plus urban and rural National Transit Database (iNTD) query tools for ridership and service statistics. Why: one bookmark that covers the transit-data gap — routes, stops, headways, ridership — without chasing each agency separately. When: multimodal TIA sections (stops and service near the site), transit-adjacent parking studies, mode-share and internal-capture arguments.
Free; check current registration terms on first use. GTFS is the machine-readable option — stops and routes drop straight into GIS.
Tip
A site within a short walk of frequent service is an argument, not an assertion — pull the actual routes, stops, and headways and put them on a figure.
